-Once an order is SHIPPED it should take between 3-5 business days for it to arrive at its destination. Sometimes certain products are not available in our stores so we are fortunate enough to be able to special order these items directly from the brands. An important note: these orders may take longer to process before they are shipped.

-We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you experience any discomfort or dissatisfaction with any product purchased at our stores please let us know within 60 days of the original purchase date. Whether it’s worn or unworn, box or no box, we want to know about it and make things right.

-Once an order has been placed you should expect to receive TWO emails. First, a confirmation email that you order has been processed and Second, an email that you order has been shipped with tracking information.
